Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is essential to managing and supporting a book of business that includes both personal and select commercial lines accounts. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in insurance, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive approach to client service. This position offers a hybrid work environment after a probationary period, with opportunities to contribute to a dynamic and growing team.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
• Work Schedule: Hybrid (4 days in-office, 1 day remote after probation).

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a book of business comprising 80% personal lines and 20% select commercial lines accounts.
• Handle back-end account management tasks, including quoting, renewals, and cross-selling/up-selling opportunities.
• Provide exceptional client service by addressing inbound inquiries and proactively managing client needs.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account transitions and workload balance.
• Utilize AMS software to maintain accurate records and streamline account management processes.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2 years of insurance experience, preferably with a background in independent agencies or captive environments.
  • Familiarity with Travelers and Liberty Mutual products is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS software or similar account management systems.
