Administration Officer (Fixed-Term Full-Time)
Your Role as an Administration Officer
We are seeking a proactive and organised Administration Officer to join our team at Jacobs Court, Sinnamon Park on a full-time fixed-term contract until 11 October 2027. This role has become available to support the team during a period of leave coverage and is ideal for someone who enjoys providing high-quality administrative support in a busy and purpose-driven environment.
As an Administration Officer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service by delivering efficient administrative and reception support. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and stakeholders while maintaining accurate records, supporting reporting requirements, and assisting with the general coordination of office activities.
Key responsibilities include:
Providing administrative and reception support to the team.
Responding to enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Managing invoices, reports, records, and filing systems.
Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records across relevant systems.
Assisting with office duties including photocopying, filing, mailing, and document preparation.
Coordinating office supplies, stationery, and equipment maintenance.
Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure efficient administration services.
Supporting the team with additional administrative tasks as required.

What We're Looking For
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in an administration, customer service, or reception role.
Knowledge of administrative best practices and office processes.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and administrative systems.
A professional and friendly approach when interacting with clients, visitors, and colleagues.
The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have!
Experience working in an administration role within the aged care, community services, healthcare, or not-for-profit sector.
Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or a related field.
Essential Requirements
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination status (or as required by legislation and WMQ policy).
Relevant probity checks required by legislation and WMQ policy.
Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to travel for work.
