Job Description
Experience
- 1 year of experience in facilitation in computer software and healthcare business systems
- Demonstrated experience in development and editing of instructional material
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating technical training classes and group discussion resulting in application and performance results

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Training and Development, Education, or related field; or equivalent experience in lieu of degree

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Demonstrated knowledge of graphics software, networks, hardware, and operating systems
- Functions in a dynamic environment subject to impromptu changes in schedules and priorities
- Ability to establish goals and achieve results within defined timelines and with minimal oversight
- Demonstrated ability to facilitate training classes and group discussions that lead to application and performance results
Job Responsibilities
- Provides technical training and orientation to multiple stakeholders, including administrative, clinical, and physician professional.
- Conducts training needs, job task, and job analysis to develop technical training strategy to support Information Systems & Technology’s project management protocol when introducing new hardware and software.
- Develops and maintains technical training schedule and employee transcript in the learning management system.
