We are seeking a Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our Corporate Finance team, based out of our Santa Clara office. Our organization’s overarching responsibilities are to deliver the highest caliber of relevant financial and business information that is both informative and measurable, enabling effective decision-making at all levels of the Company and improving our financial performance. This critical role within the Finance organization requires strong Power BI expertise, advanced data and modeling skills, and the ability to deliver scalable reporting and analytics solutions. We are looking for an energetic, collaborative, and execution-oriented professional with strong communication skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

• Design, build, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards for Finance leadership, translating complex Corporate Finance data into clear, decision-ready information.
• Own reporting and analytics for the company's consolidated P&L, delivering enterprise-wide financial visibility and insight to senior Finance leadership.
• Design and deliver scalable data solutions that support business reporting and analytics needs, including Databricks data pipelines, reporting layers, semantic models, financial calculations, and reusable metrics.
• Leverage approved AI tools to accelerate data preparation, modeling, analysis, visualization, testing, and documentation.
• Partner with Finance leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into effective, well-governed BI solutions.
• Ensure BI solutions are reliable, secure, and optimized for performance, and support ongoing operations through data quality monitoring, refresh management, troubleshooting, and maintenance.

What we need to see:

• 8+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise BI and analytics solutions, including at least 3 years working within or directly supporting a Finance organization.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Statistics, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Strong Power BI expertise, including DAX, Power Query, semantic modeling, performance optimization, and report and dashboard development.
• Strong SQL skills and working proficiency in Python for data transformation, analysis, and automation.
• Experience designing data models and developing ETL/ELT pipelines using enterprise databases and modern data platforms, including Databricks, Snowflake, or Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex) to accelerate BI and analytics delivery.
• Good communication, ownership, and project management skills, with the ability to partner across Finance, business, and technical teams while maintaining high standards for data quality and completeness.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

• Hands-on experience supporting FP&A processes, including revenue and P&L reporting, gross margin analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial close reporting.
• Demonstrable experience developing executive-level Power BI reports and dashboards that communicate financial performance, trends, and business drivers.
• Experience building AI agents or reusable AI skills that improve BI and Finance workflows, including data validation, reporting, and dashboard maintenance.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 128,000 USD - 201,250 USD.Applications for this job will be accepted at least until October 2, 2026.
