In your role as an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, you will assume a central position in expanding our business footprint by cultivating strategic enterprise client relationships, driving platform usage, and securing long-term retention. Primary Responsibilities

• Enterprise Relationship Management: Directly oversee major corporate accounts and build long-lasting, trusted partnerships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers.
• Account Expansion: Spot opportunities for account growth through strategic upselling and cross-selling in direct collaboration with Sales and Product teams.
• Lifecycle Success: Direct smooth client onboarding processes, foster ongoing usage of platform features, and drive high recurring contract renewal rates.
• Value Reviews: Execute data-guided business performance reviews to highlight measurable return on investment for enterprise partners.
• Churn Prevention: Track indicators of account health to proactively detect churn risks and implement targeted retention campaigns before issues arise.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a strategic conduit connecting enterprise customers with our internal product development, engineering, and sales units.

Requirements & Qualifications

Essential Criteria:

• Experience: Demonstrated track record in Account Management or Enterprise Customer Success within a B2B SaaS, start-up, or scale-up company.
• Languages: Complete C1-level fluency in both German and English (exceptional oral and written skills required for cross-border communication).
• Tools: Practical background working with contemporary CRM software platforms (HubSpot preferred) and customer success metrics.
• Mindset: Strong capacity for strategic thinking, persuasive negotiation skills, high emotional intelligence, and an autonomous work ethic.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Working knowledge of additional European languages is considered an asset.
