Are you an organised people person who thrives on keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes?
We're looking for an HR Co-ordinator to join our HR team and play a key role in supporting our employees throughout their journey with us, from recruitment and onboarding through to internal moves, employee support and offboarding.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who's looking to broaden their HR knowledge, gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle and become a trusted part of a busy and supportive HR team.
What you'll be doing
No two days are quite the same, but you'll be involved in a wide range of HR activities, including:
🔹 Supporting recruitment activity by coordinating interviews, managing candidate communications and preparing offer documentation.
🔹 Delivering a great onboarding experience for new starters, ensuring everything is in place for day one and beyond.
🔹 Supporting internal promotions, transfers and other employee changes.
🔹 Managing employee leaver processes and ensuring records are maintained accurately.
🔹 Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries from employees and managers.
🔹 Supporting payroll and benefits administration, particularly during busy periods and team absences.
🔹 Assisting with employee relations administration, including family leave documentation and note-taking.
🔹 Coordinating right-to-work checks, HR records and compliance activities.
Throughout it all, you'll help ensure our HR processes run efficiently, accurately and provide a brilliant experience for our employees.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who is naturally organised, enjoys working with people and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.
You'll likely have:
🔹 Previous experience in an HR Administrator or HR Co-ordinator role.
🔹 Experience using Workday or a similar HR system.
🔹 Excellent organisation skills and strong attention to detail.
🔹 The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a busy environment.
🔹 Strong communication skills and a confident, professional approach.
🔹 A proactive mindset with the confidence to take ownership and identify improvements.
🔹 Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams.
🔹 Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent), including English and Maths, or able to demonstrate equivalent written communication and numeracy skills.
🔹 An understanding of HR processes and employment legislation.
It would be a bonus if you also have:
🔹 Payroll administration experience.
🔹 A CIPD qualification, or you're currently working towards one.
Who this role would suit
This role would suit an experienced HR Administrator looking for the next step in their career, or an HR Co-ordinator who enjoys variety, building relationships and being at the heart of a busy people function.
If you're someone who loves organisation, enjoys helping others and takes satisfaction from delivering a great employee experience, we'd love to hear from you.
