Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and professional Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role is pivotal in managing middle-to-large market accounts, ensuring exceptional client service, and maintaining the accuracy and integrity of policy data. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in commercial insurance, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available upon request.
Responsibilities
- Manage policy changes, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, policy checks, and billing processes.
- Respond to client inquiries, gather necessary information, provide proofs of insurance, and assist with renewal procedures.
- Access carrier systems to obtain required documents and facilitate carrier communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and carrier interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and build strong relationships with stakeholders; participate in regular team meetings.
- Perform general administrative tasks, including answering calls, handling mail, and clerical duties.
- Effectively manage workload to meet established quality and timeliness performance metrics.
- Adhere to documented processes and procedures outlined in the servicing workflow.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience managing middle-to-large market accounts. Familiarity with Applied Epic software is highly preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic and other relevant insurance software.

- Strong sense of accountability and ownership of responsibilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with team members.
- Background Check: Successful completion of a background check is required prior to the start date.
