Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide expert advice on commercial lines products, including General Liability, Commercial Property, BOP, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Auto.
• Collaborate with producers and support staff to quote new and renewal business.
• Utilize agency management systems (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft) to maintain accurate client records and streamline workflows.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with up-to-date guidance.
• Handle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance.
• Proficiency with agency management systems such as Applied Epic, AMS360, or HawkSoft is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, including General Liability, Commercial Property, BOP, Workers' Compensation, and Commercial Auto.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
