Commercial Lines Account Manager/Account Specialist

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager/Account Specialist to join a growing team. As part of a dynamic and collaborative environment, you will play a key role in managing small and middle-market commercial lines accounts, including restaurants, contractors, manufacturing, dental offices, and large habitational books.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000+ (depending on experience)
• Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Responsibilities

• Manage a generalist book of small and middle-market commercial lines accounts, primarily under $100,000 in premium
• Handle quoting for new and renewal business
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction
• Utilize EPIC software for account management tasks (experience preferred but not required)

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) License required
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 1+ year of commercial lines account management experience in an agency setting required
  • 3+ years of experience preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is a plus
• Soft Skills:
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
