Location & Setup
- Ghent, Belgium

Hybrid model
- First month: fully on-site (training)
- After: 1 day per week remote
Working Schedule
- 24/7 rotational shifts
- 7h30 working time per shift
- 30-minute lunch break
- 5 working days / week (including weekends & public holidays)
Contract
- Initial contracts: 1 3 6 months
- Not permanent from day one
- Candidates must be comfortable with short-term progression
