Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Contract Analyst, you will serve as a vital liaison and internal consultant within our Strategic Planning and Business Development department. You will manage the full lifecycle of physician and non-physician contracts, ensuring organizational compliance while fostering mutually beneficial business opportunities. By leveraging your expertise in contract management and health law terminology, you will play a key role in supporting our executive leadership team, including the CFO and CEO, to drive growth and maintain operational excellence across the Central Region.
Every day you will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Legal, Compliance, and Finance—to draft, monitor, and process complex contract documentation. You will utilize electronic database tools to track expiration dates, verify payment requests against current agreements, and resolve billing or contract-related inquiries. Your daily workflow will involve preparing detailed reports, managing contract renewals or terminations, and maintaining precise records to ensure all transactions align with regulatory standards and our internal strategic goals.
To be successful in this role, you will possess a strong professional background in contract administration, ideally paired with a degree in Business or Healthcare Administration and familiarity with health law. You should be a self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating exceptional proofreading, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and the critical thinking necessary to navigate complex administrative processes. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders and your commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards will be essential as you contribute to the ongoing success of our healthcare facility.
Job Requirements
Required Education and Experience
- Associates Degree with equivalent job related experience
Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelors Degree with equivalent job related experience and five (5) years experience in contract management and/or legal services, or
- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, or pre-law field of study, and previous experience in health law. Demonstrated experience utilizing electronic database tools, contracting and compliance.
