Commercial Lines Client Service Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a highly skilled and professional Commercial Lines Client Service Manager to join an Entertainment Division. This role offers the opportunity to work with high-profile clients in the entertainment and sports industries, including movie, TV, music, and sports executives. The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience in servicing middle-market accounts and delivering white-glove service. This position is available as a remote or hybrid role, with occasional opportunities to attend exclusive industry events such as movie and TV premieres.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 annually, plus a discretionary bonus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business with $750K - $1M in revenue, servicing accounts from A-Z.
• Market accounts to carriers and prepare proposals for Account Executives and Producers to present.
• Provide exceptional client service to high-profile entertainment and sports clients.
• Collaborate with a team that includes an Account Executive and two Producers.
• Utilize Applied Epic software for account management and documentation.
• Maintain a professional and confident demeanor while delivering white-glove service.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a full Account Manager, with a preference for candidates with 4+ years of experience.
• Industry Expertise: Must have experience working with a mix of entertainment accounts, including TV, film, music, and sports. Candidates with experience in only one area will not be considered.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied Epic software.
• Soft Skills: Strong professionalism, confidence, and the ability to deliver white-glove service.
• Location: Must be local to the Los Angeles area for potential attendance at industry events.
