Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager professional to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing midmarket to large market accounts, with a focus on aviation accounts exceeding $100k in premium. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in marketing and servicing accounts, as well as a strong understanding of the insurance industry.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package offered
- Work Arrangement: Ideally local with 2 days on-site; open to remote work for the right candidate
Responsibilities
- Manage and service midmarket to large market accounts, with a focus on aviation accounts exceeding $100k in premium.
- Handle accounts from A-Z, ensuring exceptional client service and satisfaction.
- Market new and renewal business, leveraging expertise to secure optimal outcomes for clients.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licensure/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required; additional designations such as CRIS are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing and servicing accounts over $100k in premium.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of midmarket to large market accounts, particularly in the aviation sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
- Work Ethic: Demonstrated ability to manage accounts independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
