Main Responsibilities
- Provide operational excellence for all employee life-cycle related activities that include but not limited to personal file, onboarding, probation, change job, promotion, termination, retirement etc. to meet daily business needs.
- Be key user for E-sign platform for HR function, could provide processes and operations guidance to internal and external customers, and also play the SME role for the new E-sign requests with collaboration with LIPC.
- Support and advice ELC relative procedures are well designed, communicated and followed. Identify gaps, implement operational and process improvements wherever is needed.
- Be responsible for HR related processes design and daily management in HR Connect scope, including but not limited to ELCM, CB.
- Ensure the maintenance of accurate and completed employee master data and manage employee inquiries following objective standard.
- Support HR Connect related projects/improvements base on requirement.
Qualification:
- Bachelor degree & above, around 5-7 years work experience in HR relevant areas
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with high degree of reliability and motivation
- Eager to learn and flexibility in adapting quickly to a changing environment
- Be familiar with Chines labor law. Proficient in HR System and MS Office and automation application. Be interested in digital and AI technology is a plus.
