ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND DUTIES
Cash Management & Forecasting
- Prepare and maintain short-term and long-term cash flow forecasts for domestic and international entities.
- Monitor daily global cash positions and liquidity requirements.
- Analyze cash flow trends and provide recommendations to optimize working capital and liquidity.
- Assist in developing strategies to maximize cash utilization and minimize borrowing costs.
Global Banking Administration
- Serve as the primary administrator for domestic banking platforms and treasury portals.
- Manage banking relationships and coordinate communication with domestic and assist with international banking partners.
- Coordinate bank account openings, closures, modifications, and related documentation.
- Maintain bank account inventories and ensure records remain accurate and up to date.
- Administer user access, security controls, and banking authorizations in accordance with company policies.
- Manage signer maintenance activities, including additions, removals, periodic reviews, and supporting corporate resolutions.
Treasury Operations & Reporting
- Prepare monthly treasury reporting packages, including cash position reporting, liquidity analysis, debt activity, and banking metrics.
- Support treasury-related audit requests, bank confirmations, and compliance documentation.
- Maintain treasury policies, procedures, and internal control documentation.
- Monitor compliance with banking agreements and corporate authorization requirements.
Foreign Exchange & International Treasury Support
- Monitor foreign currency exposures and track foreign exchange gains and losses.
- Assist in coordinating foreign exchange transactions and hedging activities, as appropriate.
- Support international entities with local banking requirements, treasury initiatives, funding requests, and cash management activities.
- Work closely with international finance teams to improve visibility into global cash positions and funding needs.
Intercompany Funding Administration
- Coordinate and maintain documentation related to intercompany loans, capital contributions, dividends, and other funding activities.
- Monitor intercompany balances and support timely settlement and reconciliation.
- Assist with global cash movement strategies and cross-border funding requirements.

ADDITIONAL TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Accounts Payable Support
- Review, collect, and process new vendor and updated vendor setup requests, ensuring compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Maintain vendor tax documentation, updating W9’s, Preparing and submitting annual 1099 reporting requirements.
- Assist Accounts Payable with treasury-related inquiries and special projects as needed.
Continuous Improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and strengthen treasury and AP operations.
- Support treasury management system initiatives, banking projects, and automation efforts.
- Prepare ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and presentations for management.
- Participate in special projects related to treasury, banking, acquisitions, entity formations, and international expansion activities.

Requirements
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in treasury, banking, corporate finance, cash management, or accounting.
- Experience supporting multinational operations and international banking relationships preferred.
- Experience with cash forecasting, treasury reporting, liquidity management, and bank administration.
Professional Certifications
- Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred.
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant finance certifications are considered a plus.
Technical Skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, data analysis, and financial modeling.
- Experience with treasury management systems, online banking platforms, and ERP systems preferred.
- Understanding of foreign exchange markets, international treasury operations, and intercompany funding structures.
