Achieve the revenue targets set for Turkey.

Propose and implement action plans aligned with Veeam’s strategic priorities.

Analyze the Turkish market and its key players to maximize existing successes and create new revenue growth opportunities.

Support the sales team in closing strategic deals and act as a trusted executive contact for customers and partners.

Facilitate quotations and proposals delivered by partners to customers and prospects.
-
Prepare and communicate accurate forecasts within established deadlines.

Organize business territories and development plans.

Ensure the optimal allocation and management of resources dedicated to Turkey, in collaboration with EMEA leadership teams, including Pre-Sales, Inside Sales, Sales Specialists, Technical, Marketing and Channel teams (VADs, VARs, SIs, MSPs and Alliances).

Define and review team performance indicators and implement corrective actions when required.

Recruit, develop and retain top talent.

Foster a positive and collaborative culture within the team and across the organization.

Strong leadership presence, experience and business acumen.

In-depth knowledge of the Turkish enterprise market, with a strong network of executive decision-makers. Knowledge of the commercial, mid-market and SMB segments is also required.

Ability to lead and develop large teams, including senior managers.

Proven success in a dynamic, fast-moving and highly competitive market.

Experience leading organizations through significant transformation and change.

Excellent communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to understand and anticipate market trends and customer needs.

In-depth knowledge of the Turkish enterprise market, with a strong network of executive decision-makers. Knowledge of the commercial and mid-market segments is also valuable.
