Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing small group accounts, ranging from 30-50 lives, and ensuring exceptional service delivery. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling renewals, endorsements, open enrollments, and the day-to-day servicing needs of commercial employee benefits accounts.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 annually
• Equipment: All necessary equipment will be provided
• Benefits Package: Competitive benefits package, paid time off, professional development opportunities, etc.

Responsibilities

• Manage the initial onboarding process for small group accounts.
• Oversee the annual renewal workflow and ensure timely completion.
• Handle day-to-day servicing needs, including endorsements and open enrollments.
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Utilize software tools such as Employee Navigator and Agency Block to manage accounts efficiently.
• Travel as needed for open enrollment activities.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Life & Health (L&H) license required.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in employee benefits account management preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Employee Navigator and Agency Block software.
• Soft Skills:
  • Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
  • Competitive sports background is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills are essential.
