Description
A growing food manufacturing company based in the Driffield area is looking for an experienced Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with either bias to join the business. Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm and salary is £40,000+ depending on experience.
The successful Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for:
- Ensuring operations run smoothly and that downtime is minimised across the site
- Machinery installations/moves/modifications including some fabrication work
- Attending breakdowns and diagnosing both mechanical and electrical faults
- Set up and maintain maintenance schedules relevant to each individual machine/process
- Keeping to planned maintenance schedules in accordance with site accreditation
- Project work and involvement across 2 sites
In return, the successful Maintenance Engineer will be part of a business that recognises talent and skill and will always promote from within where possible. The salary is advertised as £40k - £45k depending on experience.
I am really keen to see your CV if you are a time served Maintenance Engineer with a minimum of a level 3 qualification in an engineering field. You will like to work at speed and be able to think on your feet and be a creative and diligent Maintenance Engineer. This role is working on a Monday to Friday 8am – 5pm shift pattern.
