Role and Responsibilities
Position Summary:
The Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing is responsible for owning and managing the internal & external-facing strategy & planning for product launches, vertical campaigns, events, and partnerships. Additionally, the role is responsible for ensuring the Display Solutions division’s business strategies are integrated within team execution & develop marketing plans that drive business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee Integrated Marketing team comprised of 3 parts: Brand & GTM, Digital Marketing, Channel Marketing. Manage direct reports & skip-levels to ensure close collaboration, excellence in execution and business support.
Develop annual marketing plan aligned to key buying periods for priority verticals, integrating new product launches, strategic global projects, and events. Socialize and share calendar in advance to gain buy-in from Sales and channel partners to execute for T1 and T2 sell in and sell out.
Present at customer and partner meetings, events and appear in case study videos.
Manage event budget and events team activities to ensure compliant financial processes, sufficient funding, ROI and alignment with Display leadership on event execution
Develop and share comprehensive marketing plans to share with PM, Sales and Global teams
Share regular reporting and performance tracking of marketing activities with division leadership. Meet with division head bi-weekly to give updates on topics for their input and suggestions, eg. flagship events planning, critical launches, global project updates
Manage MDF budget to ensure critical projects and events for current year and following year are fully funded, based on ROI and business prioritization.
Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree and 15+ years of relevant experience in B2B or B2C marketing
Prior experience in marketing, sales in B2C or B2B accounts
Familiarity with marketing and sales channels within high-tech product technology industry
Agency experience a plus
Must possess a strong articulate communication style, both written and verbal skills, to communicate concisely and clearly to senior leadership internally and externally
Ability to quickly build relationships and trust cross-functionally to build influence
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast paced industry and matrixed organization with cross-functional partners. Experience working within global/subsidiary organizations with strong global influence a plus.
Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge and skills; AI fluency and prompting skills to create efficient workflow
