Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing existing business workflows and designing innovative processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the deployment of new technologies and process improvements. The role also includes partnering with business units to clearly define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both functional and operational needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect engages in detailed user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process models to enhance operational efficiency.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster professional growth.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for process optimization and innovation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong knowledge of procurement and inventory management processes within enterprise resource planning systems.
- Experience in mapping and redesigning business processes to improve system integration and user experience.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise between technical teams and business users.
- Familiarity with change management principles and techniques to support process adoption.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in SAP MM Materials Management.
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
