About the Role:
We are looking for a dynamic professional to join our team as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM & Pricing Specialist. This role requires a strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM along with a solid understanding of pricing and commercials. The ideal candidate will have a mix of analytical and process-oriented skills to support our pricing strategy and ensure smooth CRM operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize pricing workflows within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Ensure accurate CRM data management, including pricing structures and customer records.

• Generate reports and dashboards in Microsoft Dynamics CRM for pricing analysis.

• Assist in automation and process improvements within CRM.

• Track and manage proposal submissions through Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

• Support pricing strategy development and execution.

• Analyze pricing data, customer trends, and market benchmarks to provide insights.

• Collaborate with sales, finance, delivery and product teams to drive pricing initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in pricing, commercials, or a related role.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a must.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with SaaS pricing models and business dynamics.

• Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate effectively.

• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools is a plus.
