Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, probation, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation through Odoo HR.
- Process attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate recruitment activities including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law and company policies.
- Prepare HR letters, contracts, employment certificates, and other employee documentation.
- Support performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with government authorities for HR-related requirements when necessary.
- Generate HR reports and maintain accurate employee data.
- Provide HR support managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or retail sector.
- Practical experience using Odoo HR is required.
- Good understanding of Bahrain Labour Law.
- Fluent in Arabic
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
