In this role, you’ll connect with members who have requested information about available benefit programs, answer their questions, and guide them through the process. What You’ll Do
- Connect with members who have requested benefit information
- Schedule and conduct virtual appointments by phone or Zoom
- Explain available programs clearly and professionally
- Answer questions and assist with applications and enrollment
- Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
- Provide follow-up support throughout the process
- Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and leadership development
- Work alongside a supportive and goal-oriented team

What We’re Looking For
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, reliable, and organized
- Comfortable working independently from home

- Willingness to learn and receive coaching
- Customer service, sales, or other client-facing experience is an asset, but not required
