Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)
Job Summary
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a dynamic team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of accounts, including contractors, hospitality, real estate, and non-profits, with account sizes ranging from $50,000 to $500,000. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, organized, and communicative professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. =
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000 annually
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available (details provided upon request)
Responsibilities
- Manage a book of business with approximately $500,000 in revenue and a variety of accounts.
- Provide full-service account management, including policy renewals, endorsements, and day-to-day client support.
- Collaborate with multiple producers to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Quote new and renewal business as required.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using EPIC software.
- Communicate effectively with clients, underwriters, and team members to address inquiries and resolve issues.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in middle-market commercial lines account management.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with EPIC software is preferred.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
