Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Specialist to support customers of a leading international coffee brand in Lisbon, Portugal.

This is an on-site customer service role where you will assist customers in Dutch and English across voice, email, and chat while delivering a high-quality and personalized customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customers through inbound and outbound contacts via voice and digital channels.
• Identify, understand, and respond promptly to customer needs and expectations.
• Provide personalized and professional customer service across every interaction.
• Work toward First Contact Resolution and provide effective solutions to customer inquiries.
• Develop strong knowledge of products, services, and sustainability initiatives.
• Act as a brand ambassador and contribute to customer engagement, trust, and loyalty.
• Identify relevant sales and customer retention opportunities based on customer needs.

Requirements

• Fluent Dutch language skills.
• Good level of English.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Comfortable providing support via phone, email, and chat.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to identify customer needs and relevant sales opportunities.
• Availability to work on-site in Lisbon, Portugal.
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including weekends.
• EU citizenship or a valid Portuguese work permit is required.

Working Schedule

• Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 19:00.
• Rotational shift pattern.
• Eight working hours per day plus a one-hour lunch break.
• Total of 40 working hours per week.

Training and Contract

• Full training is provided before starting the role.
• Training covers customer management, digital tools, products and services.
• Successful completion of the training leads to the employment contract.
• Health insurance is provided from the first day of the employment contract.

Compensation & Benefits

• Minimum base salary: €1,055 gross per month.
• Holiday and Christmas allowances.
• Meal allowance.
• Performance and/or attendance bonus may apply.

• Portuguese employment benefits and paid annual leave.
