Product Line Management NCG (New College Graduate)

Launch your career in semiconductor equipment product management with Applied Materials' Packaging Service Business Unit. As a PLM you will work with engineering, field service, operations, and product teams to support new product introductions, service readiness, and product lifecycle management for advanced packaging platforms. This role offers broad exposure to technology, business operations, and customer support while developing future product management leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Support new product introductions and service readiness activities.

• Help coordinate service documentation, training, tooling, and spare parts planning.

• Participate in product lifecycle management, including upgrades and obsolescence planning.

• Analyze operational, cost, and service performance data.

• Support service product development projects and customer-focused improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, and Field Service.

• Create presentations, status reports, and project updates for leadership reviews.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or related technical field.

• 0-2 years of experience (internship, co-op, or project management experience encouraged).

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Exchanges straightforward information, asks questions and checks for understanding

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

• Interest in semiconductor technology, product management, and a general curiosity to learn.

Salary Range:

$80,000.00 - $110,000.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
