At The Coca‑Cola Company, we’re building a future where every drink creates moments of refreshment, connection, and growth. The Manager, Revenue Growth Management – Retail Strategy plays a crucial role in shaping how our brands win in‑market by turning data into insights that fuel smarter pricing, promotion, and packaging choices. This role supports North America’s retail execution and growth ambitions through collaboration across RGM Multiyear, OBPPC, Franchise, Customer, and Execution teams. You’ll blend analytical curiosity with business understanding to uncover opportunities that drive revenue, volume, and profitability.

Ideal candidates are skilled at transforming complex data into clear business narratives and thrive in cross‑functional environments where data‑driven thinking translates into action and measurable results.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Develop actionable insights and recommendations that enable retail strategy decisions for in‑year and multi‑year planning.
  • Analyze consumer, shopper, retail, and financial data—including panel, scan, loyalty, and shipment metrics—to identify performance drivers, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Use performance assessments and scenario modeling to evaluate pricing and promotional actions that enhance business outcomes.
  • Partner with Customer, Bottler, RGM Multiyear, and OBPPC teams to integrate consumer and shopper insights into retail plans.
  • Translate analytical findings into compelling stories that guide RGM decision‑making across functions.
  • Collaborate within the broader RGM Retail Strategy network to build standardized analytical frameworks and toolkits that enhance long‑term strategy execution.
  • Engage with RGM Capabilities teams and external vendors to enable adoption of new data platforms and retail strategy tools.

Experience

Key Skills and Capabilities

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving ability with comfort navigating multiple data sources.
  • Proven business and financial acumen connecting insights to revenue, volume, profit, and trade performance.
  • Ability to structure analyses and evaluate scenarios for pricing, promotion, and package optimization.
  • Exceptional collaboration skills and ability to work seamlessly across multifunctional project teams.
  • Strong narrative and presentation skills to simplify complex analytics into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • High intellectual curiosity and motivation to understand business performance trends and identify improvement levers.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proficiency using diverse data sets such as in‑market measurement, consumer panels, loyalty data, and shipment information.
  • Ability to link data outputs with business KPIs and communicate findings effectively across teams.
  • Familiarity with rate/mix drivers, promotional elasticity, and trade effectiveness principles preferred.
  • Exposure to revenue growth management, OBPPC analysis, or customer P&L management desirable.

What We’ll Do for You

  • Provide opportunities to shape key retail strategy decisions that impact system growth across North America.
  • Access learning and digital tools that deepen analytical, data storytelling, and commercial skills.
  • Enable collaboration with high‑performing cross‑functional teams and strategic partners on innovative retail initiatives.
  • Offer avenues to influence how data and insights drive market execution and consumer engagement.
