About the role
The Senior Portfolio Analyst will:
Support portfolio management, governance and reporting activities across the program.
Prepare and manage reporting outputs, dashboards, presentations and management information.
Support governance forums through agenda preparation, action management, decision tracking and follow-up activities.
Assist with planning, scheduling, dependency management and delivery coordination activities.
Support financial management, forecasting, resource planning and capacity reporting activities.
Contribute to contract management, procurement reporting and vendor performance monitoring activities where required.
Support agile delivery teams through facilitation, coordination and continuous improvement practices where required.
Work collaboratively with stakeholders to identify issues, risks, dependencies and improvement opportunities.
Support the implementation and embedment of program management standards, controls and processes.
About you
Strong PMO and portfolio management experience gained within large and complex programs.
Demonstrated experience supporting governance, reporting, planning, project controls or program delivery functions.
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Ability to build trusted relationships and contribute to high-performing teams.
Comfortable working across a broad range of portfolio, governance, reporting and delivery support activities.
