Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through proactive prospecting and networking activities.
- Build and maintain an active sales pipeline of prospective clients.
- Develop and execute strategies to convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Partner with marketing and service teams to create and implement account strategies.
- Retain existing accounts by delivering exceptional service and meeting production goals.
- Conduct client visits, renewal strategy meetings, and presentations to C-suite and board-level decision-makers.
- Stay informed on insurance industry trends, market developments, and coverage options.
- Represent the company and promote the insurance industry within the community.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Licensure: Property/Casualty insurance license or the ability to obtain one.
- Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales pipeline management, and client relationship management. Experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable.

- Strong networking and prospecting abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and centers of influence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
