Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a robust book of business in employee benefits.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with account managers and administrative support teams to deliver exceptional service.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide expert guidance to clients.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and renewal packages to clients.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand professional connections.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Designations: Required (specific licenses to be discussed during the interview process).
• Experience: Proven experience as an Employee Benefits Producer is a must.
