Summary:
In the role of Business Process Architect, a typical day involves thoroughly analyzing existing business workflows and designing innovative processes that align with organizational goals. This position requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop comprehensive documentation that serves as a blueprint for implementing new technologies and process improvements. The role also includes partnering with business units to clearly define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that solutions meet both process and functional needs. Additionally, the Business Process Architect actively participates in user and task analysis to accurately capture and represent the evolving needs of the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and refinement of business process documentation to support seamless implementation.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives.
- Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional growth.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- Strong expertise in process mapping and business process reengineering techniques.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, actionable process designs.
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements.
- Skilled in conducting user and task analysis to identify gaps and opportunities for enhancement.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and scalable solutions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in SAP PP Production Planning & Control Discrete Industries.
- This position is based at our CDC2F - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
