Job Description
Major accountabilities:
- Support the operational execution of Rewards strategy and objectives across the organization. Assist in the implementation and delivery of annual compensation review cycles and incentive administration processes.
- Maintain planning templates, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and knowledge repositories to always ensure audit readiness. Maintain year-end Rewards communications for stakeholders and employees.
- Support testing activities related to compensation modules, including annual compensation cycles and ad hoc system enhancements. Perform data validation, reporting, tracking, and quality assurance activities to ensure the accuracy of Rewards-related data.
- Analyse rewards data, interpret results, and provide insights and recommendations that support Rewards program effectiveness and alignment with organizational strategy. Support budget utilization reporting and identify anomalies requiring follow-up.
- Maintain efficient and accurate day-to-day Rewards operations for designated client groups. Contribute to country, regional, or business-unit level Rewards projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Timely and accurate delivery of Rewards processes and programs.
- High-quality end-user experience across Rewards operations.
- Compliance with Rewards governance, policies, and internal controls.
- Accuracy and completeness of Rewards data and reporting.
- Successful execution of compensation review and incentive administration cycles.
Minimum Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Work Experience: - Operations Management and Execution.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in HR Operations, Rewards Operations, Compensation Administration, or a related HR function.
- Hands-on experience with global ERP and HR systems - Workday Compensation and related Rewards processes is mandatory
- Proven experience supporting and executing annual compensation review cycles, merit planning, and incentive administration, including participation in at least three full compensation cycles.
- Experience in managing employee communications, process documentation, SOPs, and knowledge management materials.
- Strong experience in operational process execution, data management, attention to detail, quality control activities and ability to manage confidential data.
- Exposure to global HR operations and year-end Rewards processes within a multinational environment is preferred
