We, HR Global Services, are seeking a HR professional who is innovative, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. You will be part of a cross functional, cross geographic HR Global Services Team that partner to deliver customer-focused and quality driven solutions while striving for operational efficiency and consistency. As a trusted resource for employees, you will be a HR Global Services advisor for Germany.
Please note that this position is a fixed-term role with an initial contract duration of two years.
In your role, you will:
Provide support and processes HR activities from employee ‘s hire to retirement via automation, simplification, and continuous process improvement.
Initiates, reviews, and approves daily HR System transactions ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Prepare HR related legal documents (i.e., employment letter, employment contracts, job change addendums, document related to Termination etc.).
Manage employee records (including electronic files and ensures information is accurate and up-to- date) and supports audits, government surveys and reporting.
Identify trends based on data analysis and recommend areas for process improvements.
Contribute to educating HR generalists, people managers and employees on practices and tools to encourage them to resolve issues on their own through HR Systems and platforms.
Provide coaching and guidance on HR processes.
Ensure exceptional service by promptly and accurately responding to questions by HP employees via HR platform where country specific HR knowledge or solutions are required and updates knowledge database articles.
Work closely with HR Systems and Process Integration teams to streamline processes, leverage automation and workflow.
Supports projects including acquisition deals representing the HR Global Services organization as needed.
To land this role, you also need to have:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration and/or related field is preferred
Typically 3-5 years related experience in human resources, compensation, benefits, or payroll
Must be Fluent in German and English (written and verbal)
Experience in cross-functional areas, such as compensation, benefits, staffing, recruiting, or HRIT preferred
MS Office experience
Key mindset and requirements
Strong customer focus while maintaining a high level of integrity and confidentiality
Solid analytical and problem solving skills
Experience in managing low to moderate cases
Solid communication skills in German and English. (written and verbal)
Solid understanding of HR programs, policies and processes
Knowledge and experience in HR discipline
