Position: IT Intern

Position Overview:
As an IT Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable hands-on experience in the IT field while working on real-world projects. You will work closely with our IT team to support the company's technology infrastructure and ensure the smooth operation of our systems. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network.
- Provide technical support to end-users and assist with training on new systems.
- Monitor and maintain system security and data backup procedures.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and make recommendations for their integration into the company's systems.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Information Technology or related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Prior experience in an IT support role or internship is a plus.
