Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the IT team with daily tasks and projects
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for employees
• Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware and software
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on company systems
• Monitor network and system performance and make recommendations for improvements
• Assist with the development and implementation of new IT initiatives
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide support
• Create and maintain documentation for IT processes and procedures
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
• Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and able to take initiative
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Availability to work full-time for a 6-month period
