Job Title: IT Intern

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic IT Intern to join our team in Johannesburg, South Africa. This is a full-time, 6-month contract position that will provide hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of hardware and software systems
- Provide technical support to end-users, including diagnosing and resolving technical issues
- Participate in the development and implementation of IT projects
- Conduct research and provide recommendations for new and emerging technologies
- Assist with network and server administration tasks
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides
- Collaborate with team members to identify and implement process improvements
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in IT technology
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
