Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role involves managing a $10M book of business, primarily focusing on construction and restaurant accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. While candidates located in the San Francisco area are preferred, open to remote arrangements for the right individual.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $70,000 - $90,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a $10M book of business, with accounts averaging $20,000-$30,000 in premium.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, and general account management tasks.
• Process certificates of insurance and other documentation efficiently.
• Collaborate with agents and other team members to ensure client satisfaction.
• Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years in a similar role, with a focus on commercial lines.
  • Experience managing accounts in industries such as construction, restaurants, retail, tech, cannabis, or agriculture is a plus.
  • Proficiency in EPIC software is highly preferred.
• Skills:
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
