Compensation Package
- Salary: $50,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.

Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Handle day-to-day servicing of accounts, including policy changes, renewals, and endorsements.
- Market accounts to carriers to secure competitive pricing and coverage options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and team members.
- Provide expert advice and solutions to meet clients' insurance needs.
- Utilize EPIC software to manage client information and documentation efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial lines account management; 4+ years preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is required.
- Account Expertise: Experience handling generalist accounts with premiums ranging from $500K to $1MM.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
