Compensation Package
- Salary: $80,000 - $95,000 annually, based on experience.
- Additional Benefits: Dental, vision, and paid time off (2 weeks to start, increasing to 3 weeks after 5 years and 4 weeks after 10 years).
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of small to mid-market commercial lines accounts.
- Handle renewals, endorsements, certificates of insurance (COIs), and cross-selling opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless account management and service delivery.
- Utilize Epic software for account management and documentation.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in an independent brokerage environment managing commercial lines accounts.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.

- Strong customer service orientation.
