Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing independent insurance agency. This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of commercial accounts while contributing to a collaborative and supportive team environment. The ideal candidate is organized, service-oriented, and eager to develop professionally within the commercial insurance industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a variety of commercial lines accounts across industries such as construction, hospitality, and general business.

• Support quoting, renewals, endorsements, and other account servicing activities.

• Communicate with clients and insurance carriers to address coverage needs and service requests.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date account documentation.

• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and consistent account management.

• Assist with identifying appropriate coverage options and supporting ongoing client relationships.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license.

• Prior commercial lines insurance experience preferred.

• Candidates with less experience may be considered based on relevant skills and demonstrated potential.

• Familiarity with Applied EPIC preferred but not required.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative approach.

• Adaptable, organized, and eager to learn.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Compensation Package

• Salary: $40,000 - $80,000, depending on experience.
