Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Account Representative to join a close-knit and communicative team. This role is integral to supporting our commercial lines of business, which include a diverse portfolio of accounts such as main street businesses, farms, apartments, and specialty risks. The ideal candidate will bring a collaborative spirit, strong customer service skills, and the ability to manage a book of business with professionalism and efficiency. This is a hybrid position, requiring the ability to commute to the office as needed.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $56,000 - $82,000 annually, based on experience.
• Matching contributions—$1 for $1 on the first 3%, and $0.50 on the next 2%, capped at 5%.
• Remote Work Equipment: Provided for hybrid work arrangements.
• Benefits: Currently not provided, but the company is open to exploring options.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business valued at $3.3M, with account sizes ranging from $1K to $150K.
• Handle daily tasks such as processing certificates, endorsements, and renewals.
• Provide exceptional client-facing service and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Collaborate with the team to quote new and renewal business as needed.
• Utilize EzLynx software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy in all documentation.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: 3-7 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in EzLynx software is highly desirable.
