Marketing Manager

We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Manager to join our Melbourne-based team. This is an opportunity to shape marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, strengthen brand presence and support business growth across a diverse portfolio.

Working closely with internal stakeholders, you'll develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns, manage multiple projects simultaneously and use data-driven insights to optimise performance. You'll enjoy working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same and where your ideas can make a genuine impact.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Partner with internal teams to deliver engaging brand and promotional initiatives.
• Manage campaign timelines, budgets and key stakeholders.
• Analyse campaign performance and provide insights to improve future activity.
• Coordinate creative assets and work with external agencies and suppliers where required.
• Support new business initiatives, venue activations and seasonal campaigns.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing communications.

What you'll bring

• Previous experience in a Marketing Manager or similar marketing role.
• Strong campaign management and project coordination skills.
• Experience across digital marketing, social media and content marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing performance data.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• A proactive mindset with a collaborative approach to working across teams.
