What You'll Do
- Help maintain the integrity of financial records by supporting key accounting processes across purchasing, inventory, and supplier transactions.
- Partner with suppliers and internal stakeholders to investigate issues, resolve discrepancies, and ensure smooth financial operations.
- Contribute to month-end and year-end activities that support timely reporting and informed business decision-making.
- Support audit, tax, and compliance requirements while helping uphold strong governance and financial controls.
- Maintain accurate financial and operational data that enables teams across the business to work effectively.
- Get involved in process improvement initiatives and systems enhancements that help drive greater efficiency and scalability.
Key Criteria
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with proven experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Solid understanding of accounts payable, inventory-related transactions, and end-to-end procure-to-pay processes.
- Familiarity with Singapore GST requirements, accounting standards, and a strong appreciation for compliance and controls.
- Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP and confidence using Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and consistently meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Traditional Chinese, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
Work setup:
- Kuala Lumpur (Mid Valley City): Australian hours (6:30 AM – 3:30 PM MYT) Hybrid setup.
