Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $50,000 to $200,000+ (commensurate with experience)
- Commission Splits: Competitive, with most shops offering 40/30 splits

- Drive sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on middle or large markets.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a relevant industry.
- Ability to demonstrate consistent production numbers.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.
