Your role Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will drive process, yield, and quality improvements  by  developing robust manufacturing processes, leading root-cause investigations, and ensuring timely closure of quality and reliability issues through structured problem-solving methodologies. You will champion continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives  while fostering a high-performance, collaborative team culture focused on operational excellence. Responsible to develop a robust process and continuously drive improvement in yield and quality to meet KPI Accountable and drive for 8D closure of FAR, MRB, DDM and SCAR Leading and participating in yield & quality improvement and cost reduction activities Practice high performance behavior and together work as  Team to strive excellent Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed  You strive to leverage strong process engineering expertise, statistical analysis, and structured problem-solving methodologies to optimize manufacturing performance, improve yield and quality, and resolve complex production challenges. You effectively collaborate across all organizational levels, applying knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing processes, equipment, and reliability requirements while fostering a  high-performance, team-oriented culture focused on operational excellence. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Materials Science / Semiconductor Technology Minimum  1-3 years  related experience in FOL / EOL / Plating Process Engineering or in Semiconductor Assembly Manufacturing  background Good in  statistical data analysis, analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to anticipate issues and challenges and resolving them quickly Posses knowledge and skills in manufacturing process & some equipment knowledge Systematic Problem-Solving methodology (e.g. 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bond …etc.) Good knowledge and skills in production area ; able to communicate with different level of staffs First level reliability (Knowledge of various failure modes, knowledge of application and respective reliability requirements and test standards)  Practice high performance behavior and together work as Team to strive excellent #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
