Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and driven Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance, with a proven track record in sales and new-business development. Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70,000+
- Work Arrangement: 100% remote
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a remote work environment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably in a production role.
- Background in either an independent agency or captive environment is welcome.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow a book of business.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
