Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and driven Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Personal Lines insurance, with 3–5 years of production experience, and a proven ability to build and maintain a profitable book of business.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70,000+
- Validation Schedule: 3-year validation schedule with the opportunity to validate early based on individual production and results
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective sales strategies
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a remote work environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional service and support to clients
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance production (preferred)
- Background in either a captive or independent agency environment
- Proven track record in sales and new-business development
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision
