Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and new-business development, with 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, either from an independent agency or a captive environment.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70,000+
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, preferably in a production role.
- Proven track record of success in sales and new-business development.
- Experience in both independent agency and captive environments is welcome.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
