Personal Lines Producer
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and motivated Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines production, with a proven ability to build and maintain a profitable book of business.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70,000+
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
- Drive new business development through proactive sales efforts and relationship building.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a remote work environment.
- Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless policy processing and client satisfaction.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance production, preferably in a sales-focused role.
- Background in either a captive or independent agency environment.
- Strong sales and business development skills with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
