Job Summary
Seeking experienced Personal Lines Producers to join a dynamic and growing team.. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance, with a proven track record in sales and new-business development. Whether you come from an independent agency or a captive environment, we welcome your expertise and drive to build and maintain a profitable book of business.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: $70,000+
- Work Arrangement: Fully remote position
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a profitable book of Personal Lines insurance business.
- Drive new-business development through proactive sales efforts and relationship building.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a remote work environment.
- Build and nurture strong client relationships to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet client needs.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in Personal Lines insurance (preferred).
- Background in both captive and independent production environments is welcome.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow a book of business.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working remotely with minimal supervision.
